Well,   you usually ask me about what are the best exercises for improve the shoulder mobility and control in strength sports.
Now, I will explain you a little concept about the shoulder.
The shoulder is not only a simple joint, it’s a really complex arituclar system, composed of five joints: gleno humeral, sub-deltoid area & esternal, acromio-collarbone, scapula-thoracic join.
All of them are involved in the shoulder movement.
Now, I will explain you three exercise for increasing the range during the overhead movement.
